How long does it take to receive my certificate?
Certificates are typically issued within 2 weeks after course completion and successful assessment. You will receive an email notification once your certificate is ready for download.
Can employers verify my certificate?
Yes, employers can verify the authenticity of your certificate using the verification ID or QR code printed on the certificate. They can use our verification portal or contact our verification department directly.
I've lost my Student ID. How can I retrieve it?
If you've lost your Student ID, please contact our support team with your name, course details, and the email address you used during registration. We'll help you retrieve your Student ID after verification.
